They should talk to the airport staff to understand where the tour company is. They should also know that the company will text instructions
My sister was rebooked and arrived a day before the rest of the party. Viator was very accommodating and helped assist her at the terminal and got her checked in at the hotel. They went above and beyond!
We had a pleasant experience from and to the airport. Although there was a language barrier, both operators made us feel valued and heard. I would Viator again in the future.
Wasn’t told by Viator that a 3rd party was servicing is. It was fine. Just would have liked to know up front. There was no sign with my name on it like I was told there would be. With the help of a gentleman at the airport we were able to locate the stand where our transfer was located.
In general terms, the experience was good. The transportation is comfortable, and the people are friendly. During the pickup from the airport to the hotel, there was a slight delay with the vehicles since we were a family group of 22 people and not all the vehicles were on time; however, after a few minutes, we were able to take the entire group to the hotel. During the pickup from the hotel to the airport, I made the request for them to pick us up earlier, and the vehicles were very punctual.
I booked it and didn’t hear a thing from anyone after calling and texting multiple times so now I’m waiting for a refund

The service was great and they showed right on time. Would definitely use this service again on our next trip to the DR.
I booked as I was landing and it did not take long. Once I was through customs and baggage and checked in with the company, the driver arrived within 10 minutes. It's a bit confusing walking out of the airport because there's so many vendors trying to get you a ride, but someone directed me to the right staff. It's not a private car but I was by myself going to the hotel in the type of van that picks you up for excursions. The driver was nice.
Professional drivers and comfortable cars. The service was excellent and on time. Alex was an amazing driver.
