Never ever ride with this company. They did not go through my email and I did not have WhatsApp and did not pick us up and will not give me my money back. We had to catch somebody else because they where not there when we made it to the meeting place and Viator will not give us our money back and I do not have 89 plus to just give them because they sent to a wrong WhatsApp. I did not get WhatsApp until we landed and talked to Viator and there was not a message in my WhatsApp. Never ever have I being not happy with Viator. But for some reason they are not handling this problem. They need to not work with this company if they are not treating their customers right. Who do I need to contact to get our funds back because they did not render a service to us.

I waited 50 mins for my cab with my family outside freezing in the cold. Never take these guys again

The Vehicle was very dirty and old! The driver was late, too. This was the worst vehicle I have ever experienced for a private transfer. It was a little less than others, so I guess I got what I paid for!!!! I also didn't feel safe during the trip, because the driver was going way over the speed limit. I had to insist he slow down.

Book the shuttle Service from f at Istanbul Ist Airport to my hotel in Sultanahmet area. Explanations of where to locate the agency with the driver were very clear and I found him right away. Although the time to clear Customs is very slow. The very new Van cleans and VAT myself. Although it takes more than 1 hour to reach the destination the very friendly driver. I made the reservation with Booking the best price by buying with all other proposals.

I booked an airport transfer and paid. They did not show up and I had to then pay a taxi. The phone number they supply is incorrect and they do not answer messages. Completely fraudulent. DO NOT USE

Paid ahead for vip service to airport $70.00 Beham texted be on time. We are still waiting . It’s after 15:00. Getting a taxi after all. Wish I had been given notice. The phone number I called was not I service.

Driver never showed up. We almost did not make our flight and had to make last minute alternative arrangements.

The handsome young man was there as promised and he was most delightful. He certainly knew his way around by taking many little side roads in order to avoid heavy traffic. All in all , a job well done.

I reached out multiple times through this app to confirm a pickup time. Did not hear back from the tour provider. Called Viator the day before to request a refund for this reason. I have an email granting the cancellation but two weeks later still no refund. My hotel tried to contact the tour provider and the number was out of service! Do not book this transfer!!!

Driver was right on time after some confusion as to the date. I kept getting messages asking where we were the day before. I messaged saying it was for the next day. They confirmed pretty quickly that yes, they would be there the next day.
