Reliable door to door pick up and amazing experience watching the sunrise over the Atlas Mountains. Was very peaceful and felt like we were gliding. Only negative was that we were the only English speaking people in the group so the operator spoke in French the whole time so we didn’t get to hear/understand anything he said to the group
They did not come to pick me up, the contact phone was not working, and no one has returned my call. Therefore, I have not enjoyed the experience. They should not sell last-minute tickets if no one is responsible for attending to them.
We had an amazing experience with Atlantic Air Balloon in Marrakech. Everything was very well organized from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and highly committed to timing and service quality. Transportation was comfortable and punctual, and the whole experience felt smooth and enjoyable. The balloon ride itself was beautiful and unforgettable. We also appreciated the reasonable prices compared to the excellent service provided. A magnificent experience in a unique setting, a top-notch captain, and a friendly atmosphere! Local breakfast to conclude this beautiful morning. Waking up at dawn is quickly forgotten! I recommend it. Thank you to Anaïs from Atlas Outdoor for the reservation!

Me and my mum had an absolute incredible sunrise hot air balloon experience with the Atlantic Air Balloon company. We were welcomed with a hot drink on arrival. We watched as they got the balloons ready and had plenty of time to take pictures before getting on. The guides were very safety conscious and made sure everyone was ok and knew what they needed to know. The guides also spoke multiple languages so were able to communicate with our whole group. After the flight we had a traditional Moroccan breakfast served buffet style and it was lovely. To top it off the photographer took pictures and made a fantastic drone video montage which we could then buy. Overall a great experience and a lovely memory made!
