Guy was really nice at the office. Recommended a gelato place. Once we got to the Vatican, they disappeared. There was no guide. They said go there and left. There were other guides. Not for us.

It was very easy to find the meeting spot. Tickets were handled efficiently and timely. Our guide shared so more knowledge and information than I had even hoped for. I highly recommend this tour.

There was no tour nor were we provided with any information as to why until well past the entry time Into the museum.

It was an amazing time learning about Michelangelo’s life and his art pieces, specifically, David. Our guide Alfonso explained about Michelangelo’s life & personality in great detail, and even gave us a better understanding of the great artist and of the city of florence.

The Academia Gallery tour by Crown Tours was a good experience. From the meeting point, introduction of our guide Alphonso, to the whole tour, everything was smooth, efficient & trouble free. Our guide Alphonso was well versed in his knowledge & my family enjoyed his guided tour…especially the rich history behind Michelangelo’s sculptures & the highlight of the whole tour, statue of David. Thanks to Alphonso, we learned about all Michelangelo & his passion for sculptures.

Do NOT book with Crown Tours! We were sadly unable to keep our reservation because our son got very ill with almost 105 fever and we had to pick him up from his school trip. They would not refund us even with a note from the doctor or offer to reschedule it. Horrible customer service!! We did not plan for our son to get sick!
