We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed, but we would like to clarify how our service works. Every one of our bus stops has a QR code providing access to a live tracker, where passengers can see the actual location and movement of our buses along the route. We are therefore particularly concerned by the claim that a bus arrived at Stop 16 and “didn't even stop.” Our buses are required to stop at the designated stops, and we have detailed GPS history for our vehicles. This allows us to see not only where each bus was and how fast it was travelling, but also whether and for how long it stopped at a particular location. We would be very happy to investigate this claim. Unfortunately, you have not contacted us and we have no booking or journey details from which to identify the specific bus and time in question. If you contact us with the date and approximate time you were waiting at Stop 16, we can check our GPS records and establish exactly what happened. We would also point out that the sightseeing circuit is approximately 13 km, so suggesting that guests should simply walk the circuit is hardly an alternative to the audioguided itinerary with hop-on hop-off service they purchased. Regarding the cruise included in your package, we are likewise happy to look into what happened if you provide us with your booking details. We take genuine service issues seriously and welcome the opportunity to investigate them. We simply need enough information to identify the journey in question.

During busier periods, we increase capacity and departures to provide shorter waiting times. We operate the largest hop-on hop-off capacity in Helsinki and continuously adjust our service to offer the best possible frequency.
