While Driver was prompt and cordial upon arrival, disappointed had to push luggage for entire family of nine (three were children under 10 years old) to side of Airport to a prearranged pick up area. Thank goodness for good weather but totally unexpected to go to bus/van pick up area. Then major disappointment, upon arriving at Sheraton Waikiki Beach Hotel, we were dropped off at bus and van drop off called Aloha Landing and were responsible for carrying our own bags carry ons up long sidewalk/walkway up to front door and lobby of Sheraton. Not fun being pushed with adults jostling with children’s bags too. Major ordeal after hours of doing from east coast. Beware if need assistance with bags because we were told vans cannot go to front of Sheraton (SUVs are permitted).. Our driver was very kind and courteous, but we were told to grab and bags off this Van and begin walking. Not fun. With same company, 24 hours before return to HNL airport for Maui flight, received text message early morning with cancellation message due to maintenance issues! No offer was provided to find backup transportation. I understand things happen but I was left last minute to move nine individuals within 24 hours back to Honolulu airport on July 1 (prime time for family travel!). Many thanks to Scott with TOP LIMOUSINE SERVICE for promptly helping me out with their website to order two SUVs, which can do front door pick up at Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort, and front door drop off at HNL airport.
The pick up and return from airport to hotel was perfect. They were the best! I would recommend them a hundred times over!
Our driver communicated very well with us, even sending us videos and information on how to find him from the airport when our plane was delayed, he waited for us. He was very kind.
extremely attentive driver. Jay kept in close contact with me on the day of the pickup. He gave excellent instructions on where to locate him.
Great driver good service Would use again
Gregory was at the airport right on time. Get the flower lei, even if it isn’t your first time, it really makes the difference! Also, the car was right outside of the baggage claim, VERY NICE. Gregory grabbed our bags, it was first class service all the way. Highly recommended
Great experience! Jay was wonderful, loaded all of our luggage (and we had A LOT!), was kind, helpful, and everything about the experience was smooth! He even was early each time and was great at communicating!
AMAZING! Gave very clear instructions on where to meet as well as pictures. The entire experience was very smooth and he was even early! Will definitely be using him again!
