Outstanding provider, operator. Good communication with the operator's dispatcher. Driver showed up 5 minutes before pickup time. He load and unload our luggage at pickup and destination points. Safe, smooth, and comfortable ride.
Company reached out evening before pickup to coordinate details. Driver (Wilson) arrived early and provided a very comfortable ride to the airport.
The driver was top notch, the organisation was not good, when the car didn't arrive the concerige called the provider who claimed no knowledge of the booking. A car arrived 25 minutes later, fortunately we had added flexibility in to our timings so no knock on for our flight, just added stress on a travel day
Driver was exactly on time and showed up in a super clean and luxurious vehicle. He spoke perfect English and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare.

We were a party of six with 7 large luggage and 3 small ones. I was notified the night before that I needed to have (2) vehicles to handle us and the luggage. It wouldn’t have been a big deal except for the issue that I needed to pay for the extra vehicle. I booked using the same parameters as our transportation from the cruise ship terminal to our hotel-which was handled in one vehicle. The good news is that our transportation arrived a couple minutes early and got us to the airport in plenty of time to make our flight. Drivers took care of unloading our luggage into the carts and showed us where to go. I’d use them again EXCEPT l’ll read more throughly any limitations they may have. You’d expect that 6 passengers would have one piece of luggage to take but maybe not.

Me and my husband stopped at Hong Kong for two night for our honeymoon and everything there was new to us but Joe made us feel very welcome and comfortable. He was punctual and reliable. Our driver was called Joe and he was lovely. We highly recommend Joe and Keen Travel. They will make sure that your trip is as smooth as enjoyable as possible.
