Terrible service. Description was for a 7 passenger Van. What showed up was a van that only had seats for 5 passengers including the front passenger seat, and a trunk that can only fit 2-3 check-in sized luggage. Driver refused to put any luggage on seats and stood there not loading the car and insisted we call operator to get an extra large van which would take up to an hour to arrive or split up and take a taxi/multiple taxis. Called local operator using Viator app - they barely spoke English and was very rude claiming the reservation was for 5 passengers and not there problem luggage won’t fit and to take a taxi. We had 5 passengers and 5 check in bags. Viator was very unhelpful and cited their company policy that basically says we are not a tour company or tour operator and offer services through 3rd parties and that the local 3rd party will not offer a refund.
Dear Vleemc, we had looked into your case and found you are not telling the truth. We arraned a 7 seat Alpha Van for your group, your group have 5 adults and take 6 big luggages and 5 boading case luggages, total 11 luggages! we told you to take a taxi to hold your extra luggages but you won't do it, took lots of our drivers time, we had all the pictures of your luggages. Please do not give us any bad comment since we already told you how many luggages can hold and you need pay for your taxi for extra luggages!
When we got out of the airport he was waiting already for us, very friendly and helpful, good safe driver.

Viator will send you a photo of where the driver will be waiting. Found him exactly where the photo said, very stressful free and no need to scan all the people holding name cards

Driver was there waiting for us, very helpful with luggage. Had to do some juggling as we had quite a lot but the driver made it happen! Gave us some excellent ideas of things to do around Hong Kong. Was a comfort to know that we were getting to where we needed to be in an unknown environment where we cannot speak, understand or read the language.

When booking, filled in the form for return travel ,only to discover after the transfer from Hong Kong airport to our hotel that the booking was only one way. Will never use again as very expensive for average service.
