We had a wonderful time with Un and his wife. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Their kindness, warmth and simple hospitality made the whole experience feel like sharing a meal with friends rather than taking a cooking class. Everything is very well organised, while remaining relaxed and accessible to everyone, even if you are not an experienced cook. Un explains everything clearly and makes cooking Thai food seem easy and enjoyable. And of course, all the dishes we prepared were absolutely aroi — delicious! 😋 A truly lovely experience that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic, friendly and convivial Thai cooking class. Great time. 10 years after our previous visit and still just as much pleasure, sharing, and this time our 3 and 7-year-old children were able to participate with us. Laughter and a good meal.

I took my family and it was absolutely a highlight of our whole trip! We felt incredibly welcomed into their family and they did a great job helping our 10yo twins cook everything while safe with knives and woks. I really couldn’t recommend more! He prepped the ingredients so we really were able to cook all 5 dishes within a few hours. And by dessert we were stuffed! Also a great way to get the kids to try some foods they wouldn’t normally try.

Booked a group course but were lucky to get a private lesson instead 🤩. The cook picked us up from our hostel on time and later brought us back again. He was the nicest person and explained everything with passion. He also speaks good English so he could gave us recommendations and tips for Chiang Mai as well. Can recommend 100%!

Had an amazing time at Tomyumthai Cooking Class in Chiang Mai 🌶️✨ “More Spicy More Sexy” perfectly describes the fun atmosphere! Such a memorable experience from start to finish. The chef and his wife were incredibly welcoming and showed such great hospitality the entire time. The class was hands-on, entertaining, and easy to follow, and the food we made was absolutely delicious. You can really feel their passion for cooking and sharing Thai culture. Lots of laughs, great energy, and amazing flavors all around. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. Would definitely come back again!

What a great experience, we were a small group of 3 picked up from our hotel right on time. The food we prepared was delicious the class is very interactive I have done many cooking classes but this one is special, highly recommend.

The cooking class was awesome and very engaging. My son and I had a great time. Sky was excellent keeping us informed and engaged.

We had the most incredible time at Tomyumthai cooking school. We thoroughly enjoyed the part of the experience where we got to explore the Thai food market and we learnt so much there about Thai ingredients and dishes within the first 30 minutes. Oun is a natural teacher, and picking up the new cooking skills felt incredibly easy with him at the helm. He was also hilarious and made the class very entertaining. We also really enjoyed the teamwork elements of the class which allowed us to bond with others in the class. By the end of the day we’d cooked 6 incredible dishes and came away feeling like this was one of the most enjoyable authentic experiences we’d had so far in Thailand. More spicy more sexy!

This was an absolutely brilliant experience and a highlight of our time in Thailand. The cooking class was utterly fantastic and Oun’s knowledge and expertise were great. He made us both feel comfortable and relaxed and we made so much delicious food. Thanks again for a wonderful morning, we’ll be recommending this cooking class to anyone coming to Chiang Mai
