Wow. What a day. We met Tram at the market and the tour was insightful as we explored the ingredients we would use and learn more about the local culture. Before being whisked off to Tram’s house where we would cook. Before the cooking started we were given a drink and off on the basket boats to fish for crabs. Caught a few, lost a lot, but great fun. You have the option on the river to take a spin boat, well worth it if you like rides. Back to the house with Tram waiting and we cooked 6 courses. You are involved throughout, taught how to prepare and cook the food. Tram is funny and an experienced, perfect balance for a cooking class. We ate in the house after preparing the meal before we were taken back. From the first message about being picked up to the bottle of water to take in the car we were cared for and looked after. I would recommend this to anyone. Having done numerous cooking classes around the world. Tram is one of the best.

Great activity and a great culinary discovery of Hoi An. We cooked with her before tasting them. The host is super nice and very funny, and takes the time to explain everything. I recommend it 100%.

I had such a great experience Mrs Tram is an amazing chef the food was fantastic! She was super knowledgeable and helpful and when we went to the market I learnt so much about certain ingredients that are used in Vietnamese cooking.
Perfect!! It was really a super fun cooking experience! We started with a visit to the market, where we got interesting explanations about the local products. Also during cooking everything was explained very well. The chef made it extra fun and created a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended!
It was a very educational experience. You get to discover and prepare typical local dishes, and everything is absolutely delicious. We will definitely be making these dishes at home again. The guide and the cook were both very friendly and helpful.
