Fantastic - one of the best things we did in Hoi An- fun, interesting and we made amazing coffee! Can’t wait try out the recipes at home! Rosie and Blue were brilliant, friendly and ran a great class! Highly recommend!!

What a fun, caffeinated and delicious way to spend a morning in Vietnam! Rosie and Hanna are the best! We made five delicious varieties of Vietnamese coffee and drank them all — ready to conquer the day!

Hannah was a great tutor and Nhan made everything run smoothly, providing all the equipment and ingredients as needed, as we worked through creating and tasting 5 different Vietnamese coffees. The setting was inviting and comfortable, the staff were friendly and chatted throughout our time there. Hannah provided a great music playlist while we created, tasted and enjoyed the company of all. A recipe document was provided after the event, so we could enjoy the coffees again and again.

Did the coffee making class with my friend and we had the best time! It was so much fun to learn how to make the Vietnamese coffees and also the staff was amazing!! They were really fun and made the experience so much better!!!

It is fun and easy; and great if you love coffee. We made different coffees, which tasted great. But most of all; the staff was amazing!! They were very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. It doesn't take too long, so it is a fun activity to do especially when you’re short on time.

I recently took a fantastic cooking class and would like to share my experience. The course was led by an experienced chef who not only gave us great cooking tips, but also explained the history and meaning of each ingredient and dish. The atmosphere in the course was very pleasant and relaxed, which made learning and trying new things very enjoyable. The teacher was patient and encouraged us all to try our hand at it and contribute our own ideas. We had the opportunity to prepare different dishes, from simple starters to more complex main courses. Every step of the cooking process was carefully explained by our teacher and we were allowed to ask questions at any time. The best thing about the course, however, was the food we were allowed to prepare at the end. It was incredibly delicious and I was proud that I made it myself. I can recommend this cooking course to anyone who likes to cook or wants to improve their cooking skills. It was a great experience and I will definitely come back to learn more.
