Exactly as described! 3 delicious dishes, explained well, and a class of fun strangers who became friends. Alice was a great teacher and a lot of gun.
Best experience in Vietnam! I lived every moment and the teachers were very professional, amusing, and fun!
The cooking class was everything I expected! and then some! I learned some really amazing authentic Vietnamese dishes along with history and techniques and connected with other classmates from various countries. I would highly recommend this class!
I came early and received a warm reception and ice cold limeade which was very refreshing. The instructor was very sweet and attentive to all of us. We made Chicken Pho, Shaking Beef, and fresh rolls. All were delicious. I loved getting that recipe book for when it’s hard to remember all those details. I’m looking forward to hosting friends over sometime to try!
Very enjoyable cooking class at Provincial Table. It was one on one with the teacher, Dung, who was very sweet and welcoming. Upon arrival I was given a refreshing drink as we chatted about herbs, spices and sauces used in Vietnamese cooking. We each prepared 3 delicious dishes which I ate as I prepared them - fresh spring rolls and dipping sauce, a stir fry beef and salad dish and a slow-cooked-clay-pot fish fillet in a delicious reduced sauce served with rice. Most of the chopping and slicing had been prepared which made it very easy to learn. A tasty yogurt was offered for dessert. I even received a certificate and a booklet with several recipes, not just the ones I made.
