I denne klasse vil du opleve at lave hjemmelavet ramen og hjemmelavet gyoza fra bunden ved hjælp af enkle ingredienser i et hjemmemiljø. Ikke alene vil du få at nyde en sjov kulturel oplevelse under din rejse til Japan, men med de færdigheder, du lærer, kan du faktisk prøve og lave disse retter, når du kommer hjem. Mine gæster fortæller mig ofte, at de er overraskede over, hvor enkelt det er at lave og hvor lækker maden bliver. Efter min klasse, vil du forhåbentlig have tillid til at lave nogle lækre japansk mad til dine kære derhjemme.

A great experience in Kyoto. Making gyozas & ramen was a fun activity, a nice group made it a nice change from a busy time travelling Japan. Made very welcome in her home and all got to sit and enjoy the food after Worth the money for a fun experience
Nariko's cooking class was an excellent experience all the way around. Nariko herself was warm and welcoming, personable, and provided all the info we needed to prepare and cook the food there and when we returned home. Her home was comfortable, inviting, and even relaxing. The recipes and food were the right level of challenging, and all the food was delicious. The class was structured such that we had time to sit and relax periodically so we weren't on our feet for long stretches of time. That sounds like a little thing, but it really made our entire experience extra enjoyable.
What a wonderful class! Not only was Nariko very responsive leading up to the class, but also made sure to take her time explaining the recipes and why we did what we were doing. The class was filled with smiles, laughter, tips&tricks, and delicious food. I highly recommend taking this class whether you are traveling solo or with loved ones!
This ramen and gyoza experience was fantastic! Nariko was very friendly and knowledgeable. My family had such a wonderful time making the food and it was delicious!

We had such a wonderful time at this cooking class! Nariko had everything beautifully prepped and organized, so the experience felt relaxed and easy from start to finish. We learned to make ramen, gyoza, and a refreshing cucumber salad, picking up helpful tips along the way. The instructions were clear and hands-on, and we never felt rushed. Everything flowed smoothly, and the final meal was delicious! Highly recommend this class to anyone looking for an authentic and fun Japanese cooking experience!
The cooking class is in her beautiful home, in a new and warm environment. Me and my partner were lucky and we enjoyed the lesson alone. The teacher was friendly, clear in the explanations, and smiling. After cooking, you can eat what you prepared and enjoy what you prepared. We cooked gyoza from scratch, ramen and cucumber. After the lesson, the recipes were provided. Her English is good and you can have general discussions, that is a plus. We are so happy to have experienced that!
Nariko was so sweet! It was nice to talk to her during the class because she was very personable. She's also a wonderful sensei, she explained things so effortlessly.
Great experience! Nariko welcomes us to her home in her very modern kitchen which she designed and which is large. Everything was great, the recipes excellent, the explanations very clear. We were 4 students which was perfect to benefit from Nariko's advice
