What a great way to spend some time in the beautiful city of Wilmington. Amanda gave us an outstanding narration of the history of the city through the architecture of its homes and the lives of the people who lived in them. This is an architectural tour but there was so much history attached to it. Amanda was it guide. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Showed us houses and the stories behind them. Even got some history of the massacre/coup d’état that took place after the civil war. Insights into hire the people built, lived and thought in the area. I recommend this for the history people. The architectural people. It was a GREAT TOUR! Never been to Wilmington, honestly didn’t know anything about the area. She brought it to life with the history/stories/buildings. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our walking tour in Wilmington! This was a fantastic tour and we learned a lot about the history and architecture. Not too much walking but enough to see some different things/houses. Amanda knew a to n about history. She did a great job of keeping us in the shade the whole time too!
