great experience service amazing
It was cloudy and no sun shining. You could tell it was going to rain but they didnt cancel excursion. There wasn't enough cover on boat for everyone and roof had leaks. It poured so long and afterwards drizzled the entire time. We were ALL soaked. It could have been a better time if we weren't soaked. I didnt want to lose money and I assume company didnt want to either. I ended up sick from hours of being soaked from head to toe. They also pushed me and my husband out in drizzling rain and grabbed my phone to take us the attached pic.
We are sorry to hear that you didn't have a great time due to weather conditions. We would truly love to have the power to control the weather, but nature takes its course. The reason we didn't cancel the activity due to rain is that many of the participants perhaps only had that opportunity to experience it. There were some participants who canceled, but we decided to continue with those who wanted to experience it. It's not just about the cost. We always try to ensure our guests get the experience they booked for. Thank you for your opinion, and we apologize for the weather inconveniences.
