Den vandring, vi laver, er en venlig og bæredygtig vandretur, der bringer dig tættere på det idiosynkratiske i La Gomera, et paradis midt i Atlanterhavet, en fortryllet ø, hvor vi kan observere den levende natur i Garajonay National Park. Gennem os vil du lære om legenderne og historien om La Gomera, og du vil mærke forskellen, der vil få dig til at vende tilbage til en anden destination, hvor traditioner opretholdes, som lidt efter lidt kombineres med nye teknologier for at gøre dette sted til et behageligt sted, venlig og åben for at opdage.

Juan knows his forest. Which he also affectionately calls his office. It was an exciting and educational tour through the rainforest. Juan was an attentive and entertaining tour guide who personally knows every single tree in the national park😀. From my point of view, you need to be good on your feet. There is a lot of uphill and downhill walking. The paths are somewhat uneven in places.

The experience was amazing! We couldn't imagine a forest like that. The guide Juan, excellent, discovered all the beauty of the Garajonay and so we could observe details that would otherwise go unnoticed . You can tell he loves the island! We only missed sighting dinosaurs!!

Juan picked us up from our accommodation at the agreed time and we drove his car up into the Garajonay. The tour was exceptionally beautiful and interesting, Juan knew a lot about the island, the rainforest and flora and fauna. We had booked the tour in English and the communication was really good. Juan chose the hiking tour for us and it took us really deep into the rainforest. It was exciting. Worth noting, we were 2 people and with Juan on a very private tour. I don't know if that's always the case. I can highly recommend the hike.
A really lovely 8km walk through the national park. Juane informed us about the history, local flora and fauna and all sorts of interesting tales both on the drive up there and throughout the walk. A thoroughly enjoyable day.
So enjoyed our tour of the Garajonay with Juan! We learned so much about this beautiful UNESCO protected forest! The scenery via the North going and South returning was spectacular!
