Min passion for madlavning og min families opskrifter er blevet forbedret over tid i de bedste italienske og internationale madlavningsskoler. Bedstemor Bruna og hendes børnebørn deltog i Paul Bocuse's 3 - Michelin-stjernede skole i Ecully, men vores bedste lærere i vores familie var vores bedstemødre. Jeg vil åbne mit hjem til dig i en elegant bygning i centrum af Milano let tilgængelig med metro fra hvert hjørne af MilanoDu vil tilbringe tre uforglemmelige timer omgivet af en familie privat kunstgalleri, i et meget elegant hjem, vil du spise de italienske klassikere, som du har forberedt : pasta ravioli og gelato og du vil også blive vist, hvordan man laver tiramisu. Vi taler 10 andre sprog, men kun udelukkende på anmodning & privat (minimum 10 studerende) eller kun et par ord vil blive forklaret under engelsk lektion.

The cooking class was very authentic and super pleasant.

Yesterday I had a lovely time doing the three hour course with our instructor Mario. He was a very good teacher to the group and was incredibly kind and generous to us all. The three hours flew by and I am very keen to do another class with Mario when I am next in Milan. I would 100% recommend this class to anybody who wants to learn how to make authentic pasta and meet some lovely people.
It was a fun evening learning to make pasta and gelatto. Ms. Laura did a great job keeping everyone engaged and keeping us on a schedule, which was impressive. She shared many secrets of Italy to debunk myths we may have learned. The food was good, the connection with other families was fun and it was a harmonious night of fun.
What a great time!! We all loved the cooking class! It was our first time to book a cooking class and we were so glad we did!
I did this on my own which was perfect, you do not need a partner. The instructions are so easy to folly so I can’t wait to repeat them when I’m back home. Come hungry and you will not regret it!

A great event if you're looking for something to do with friends for a special occasion. Katharina was a brilliant host and made the class really enjoyable with her sense of humour. The pasta was delicious, but relatively simple.
Absolutely excellent. He made it super fun. There was so much food. I would come back just for the experience!!!
