After several requests, the refund of the flight that was cancelled due to bad weather on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, has still not been made to my PayPal account I understand the 10 days deadline then I was told 15 days deadline by Helicraft by phone Today, more than a month later, no credit transfer to my PayPal account Please make the necessary arrangements to make the refund Upon booking, my account was immediately charged €319.16 I called Helicraft that day who replied that he had made the refund of CAD$335.45 to your platform You will understand my dissatisfaction to date after a month and a half Helicraft informs me that the refund has been made to your account in the days following the cancellation!!!! My account is still not credited! 319.16 € is not a sum that I wish to go in the air!!!! Looking forward to your return Regards Carole SELTIER

My partner b-day gift was a big hit. He enjoyed every second. The team was great and when we had issue with arriving due to uber issues that were able to get us in and up without any issue. The team were so nice and helpful and made the experience fun, safe and wonderful. Thank you to safety instructor, pilot and person who was so kind on the phone when I was running late in distress. Really extraordinary, you have to do it at least once in your life. These helicopters pass almost every day over my house, so I had to board too. I brought my little family and we took two helicopters one red and one blue, they were following each other and we could take photos and videos from one camera to another. We recognized several known places but to see them from the sky is breathtaking. Embark on the journey with these seasoned and kind pilots. A big thank you!
