Views are nice, too bad you get paired with more than one group and shoved in the back which ruins the whole experience, especially for the price you pay.

It is a short ride we would’ve liked to view some whales and the intercity a little more the greeter was very nice and pleasant. The people that worked there was very pleasant and we appreciate them.
The helicopter ride was one of the best experiences; the pilot was friendly at all times and shared interesting information with us. The flight was a whole experience.
The actual helicopter tour was brilliant. However considering the trip was put as 1 hour 25 mins total approx I was shocked to not even have arrived within this time. Originally we booked for 8am and this got moved to 9am. We were picked up 8.55am sharp and had to pick up at 3 other hotels on route which is usually fine. However 1st couple we had to wait 20 mins for 2nd person 10 mins and the last group never showed and we left after 30 mins of waiting. The booking says you will only wait for 5 mins which is just not true and really put us in a bad mood as we didn’t really want to be sat in a van for nearly 1 hour 30 for a trip 15 mins away. To put in comparison it took 15 mins coming back. That’s why I have only given 3 stars there should be more organisation on the pick ups as that was a far too long to wait for such a short trip.

As such, transportation is organized with multiple guests from different hotels, and occasionally delays can occur when waiting for passengers who are running late or when attempting to locate guests who have not arrived at their designated pickup point. While we always strive to keep waiting times to a minimum and operate as efficiently as possible, situations like these can unfortunately happen from time to time. We understand that this can be frustrating, especially when the flight duration is relatively short, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused on this occasion. We recently tried this out in Punta Cana after seeing them fly past the hotel beach most days, Finally talked my partner to go and so so glad we did. We were picked up in our hotel lobby in a small minivan and taken to the take off point. Our driver Rodriguez was great as was Carlos who greeted us . The flight was really good as was the weather so that was lucky. Everything felt safe for the baby( 18 m/o sat on lap) so no issues there. We were then took back to the hotel. It was all very fast but not rushed. One thing to note is we booked an 8am slot but pick up time was advised to be 9.15am from our lobby so not entirely sure why the change. They advised the pick up time the day before so that worked for us. Overall really enjoyed it

It is amazing view around and worth of its money. It was really a nice experience despite of its short time (10 minutes). You can see the ocean, resort, beach from above, and it is really amazing. The team of organizers was helpful to make some photos and videos near the helicopter, thanks for that!
I had an excellent experience on the helicopter tour. The pickup was punctual, and I was kept updated via WhatsApp about the driver’s arrival time. The driver was friendly, helpful, and made the journey enjoyable by chatting along the way and pointing out interesting sights. He was a very nice, friendly and kind person. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Carlos, whose aviation knowledge was outstanding. He explained everything clearly and made us feel completely at ease. Carlos was exceptional and truly a credit to the team. From start to finish, the helicopter tour itself was incredible. The views are breathtaking. The pilot also enhanced the experience by speaking to us through the headset during the flight, pointing out key landmarks and sharing interesting information along the way, which made it even more engaging. Overall, an amazing experience with a genuinely professional and thoughtful team.
