Did the tour with Bunto, he gave a great,clear and also fun tour of Angkor wat. He took his time explaining the history and showing us where the best spots were for pictures.

Had such a great experience doing this today! While the early wake up was brutal, it was totally worth it and we had an absolutely amazing tour led by Dat. Dat was the best guide, very informative, always ready to answer questions and take pictures of us. He had a great spirit even when we were tired and managed to keep us safe and entertained. Tan joined us for 2 days in Siem Reap as part of our G-Adventures Tour. Tan was extremely knowledgeable regarding the amazing temples at Angkor Wat. Our first encounter was an unforgettable sunrise viewing from a prime position, selected by Tan of the main Angkor Wat Temple. He then continued to escort us to a variety of temples in the area, each with their own unique history, each of which was comprehensively described by Tan. On day two we enjoyed more temples where again there were detailed explanations of carvings and their meaning from both a historical and mythical perspective. In the afternoon we visited an authentic fishing village, where Tan still had relatives and he shared fascinating insights into the smoked fish process which provided a livelihood for the villagers. The day was completed with a boat tour on Tonle Sap lake which gave another perspective viewing the Kampong Khleang Floating Village. Tan, as a former photographer ensured that all our group captured every scene in the best possible way. He was extremely knowledgeable, proud of his culture and heritage and provided us a truly special experience. Highly recommended!
