I dette tilfælde kan du vælge at vandre Mt.Mubahura (Dormant Volcano) på grænsen mellem Rwanda og Uganda. På 4.127 meter. Mt.Muhabura er det tredjehøjeste af de otte store bjerge i bjergkæden, som er en del af Albertine Rift, den vestlige gren af den østafrikanske Rift. med 4.127 meter over havets overflade. så hvis du vælger denne vandretur vil den max 18 timer. hvilket er 13 timer at gennemføre vandreturen og 5 timers gå og komme tilbage.
i denne vandretur vil du være i stand til at vandre Mt.Gahinga. dette er en sovende/uddød vulkan i Virunga-bjergene på grænsen mellem Rwanda og Uganda. Gahinga ligger mellem Muhabura og Sabyinyo, men er den mindste af disse tre med en højde på 11.394′.

What a beautiful country! The loveliness just built on the drive from Kigali to the volcanoes, and we loved the Bisoke hike. It is challenging but very rewarding, and we felt incredibly spoiled by our hosts and guides. The mists high up on the volcano felt just right. The trip made for a memorable welcome to Rwanda.

The ride with Omar was very smooth and very comfortable to volcanoes national park. The hike was challenging but the guides were really helpful to get us to the top Couldn't have done it without them. Area is stunning with views of the volcanoes. Didn't see any gorillas unfortunately but the guides told us it isn't uncommon. Took about 5hours of climbing up in muddy terrain and 3 hours descent since it had been raining. You should be somewhat I'm shape to attempt to summit this

My tour guide BEN was young and enthusiastic. He picked me up at my hotel at 4:30 in the morning. He drove more than 100 and 50 kilometers to the trailhead to help with the application process and prepared lunch for me so that I could enter the mountain on time. The guide on the mountain Lead the team seriously and let all of us reach the top
