Mit navn er Miran, og i de sidste 20 år af mit liv har jeg guidet andre rejsende som dig på min berømte Enjoy Herzegovina turné. Jeg blev født og opvokset i Mostar, som jeg betragter som en af de smukkeste byer i verden, og har siden bygget et vandrerhjem og tour business. Jeg har en unik indsigt i min regions historie, en region, der både oplevede tider med velstand og krigens rædsler, en historie, jeg føler mig motiveret til at dele med mennesker fra hele verden. Du vil blive afhentet fra mit vandrerhjem, Hostel Miran, som er kun 5 minutter fra busstationen, og vil blive transporteret i en komfortabel og airconditioned minivan. Du vil se Blagaj Dervish kloster, Pocitelj Slot og det omkringliggende område, og selvfølgelig de smukke Kravice vandfald. Derefter kører vi op ad Mount Fortica med den bedste udsigt over Mostar og den nybyggede Sky Walking Bridge. Medbring venligst dit pas, badetøj og håndklæde.

Blagaj Dervish-klosteret blev bygget i det 16. århundrede og er det første stop i vores tur. Klosteret er bygget inde i en naturlig hule og tiltrækker turister fra hele verden med sin skønhed.
Historisk landsby med et frilandsmuseum og en betagende udsigt over Neretva-floden. Besøgende vil se flere historiske steder, herunder Hajji Alija-moskeen, Kula-tårnet samt Gavrankapetanovic-huset.
Juvelen i vores tur, Kravice-vandfaldene er en enestående tufa-kaskade i regionen, og overrasker selv den erfarne rejsende med deres majestætiske skønhed. Besøgende vil have god tid til at svømme, solbade, nyde et måltid på en af restauranterne og udforske naturparken.
I slutningen af vores tur vil besøgende blive kørt til toppen af Mount Fortica, hvor de kan nyde en fantastisk udsigt over Mostar og det omkringliggende område. De, der søger eventyr og spænding, kan også betale for at lyne en af Europas længste zip-linjer ned.

Started with lookout point above the city and learned some modern history over coffee, water, and burek provided by Miran Then we beat the crowds to each spot Blagaj monastery built into the rock, with beautiful river. Plenty of time to walk around and get a coffee or beer/ glass of wine (in our case). Then onto the Castle and town Pocitelj with enough time to climb to the viewpoint and lookout the tower windows over the river. Finished at Kravice with time to have a feast (extremely reasonable price) with the best meat platter we have had in Europe. Bring trunks and towels because you are going to want to dip in the water fed from the waterfalls. So refreshing. Overall one of the best tours for our taste we have had over 40 countries in Europe. Miran was most hospitable, knowledgeable, and strong spirited. Don’t hesitate when looking for an excursion in Mostar, this is the one.
Miran is such a kindhearted person and a great guide , incredibly generous in every sense. Go with him if want to learn more about this beautiful country, you will not be disappointed.

A lovely and well organized tour with fantastic group! Our guide, Miran, was knowledgeable, friendly and made the experience quite special. We visited Mostar, Blagaj, Počitelj and the bath at the Kravica Falls – a perfect blend of history, nature and relaxation. Highly recommended! Without a doubt the highlight of my trip, thank miran!
The day with Miran was a day of encounter: an encounter with a wonderful person, with the places he has always lived and with his history in those same places. We were immediately put at ease by the guide, who took us to some of the most beautiful places in Herzegovina through an intense and sincere story, which showed us the reality of Mostar and its surroundings in its most authentic light: the view from Fortica, the Blagaj tekija, the streets of Počitelj and the natural beauty of the rivers Buna, Trebizat and Kravica Falls. I absolutely recommend it both for the organizational ability of Miran and his staff and, above all, because seeing Mostar and Herzegovina with the accompaniment and friendship of such special people is something you will carry with you forever. A sincere and heartfelt thank you!
Our wonderful guide, Miran, was exceptional - he is a native of Mostar and has lived through all of its difficulties over the years. He is passionate about his area and country and incredibly informative. We learned so much! He was fun and funny, warm and enthusiastic. I highly recommend this great adventure!!!
Miran was very hospitable, kept the trip humorous yet sincere, and clued us in on all the geopolitical developments happening behind all the scenery and monuments we saw. A lot of what he showed us couldn’t be showed in a book or museum, and his brought a lot of written facts about Mostar to life. Also felt really safe as a solo female traveler in the group, which is always a blessing. I didn’t stay in the hostel but it seems really clean too.
