We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Nikkhil Shinde as our tour guide for both Dubai City and Abu Dhabi. His knowledge of the places, history, and local culture was excellent, and he explained everything in a very clear and engaging way. Nikkhil was extremely professional, friendly, and always made sure everyone in the group was comfortable and enjoying the tour. The itinerary was well-planned, time was managed perfectly, and he patiently answered all our questions. His enthusiasm and positive attitude truly made the sightseeing experience memorable. We’ve booked a private tour at City Seasons Hotel lobby with Mayra Tour - unfortunately our other guide tour let us down and we found Ayub Shaikh who has a counter at the hotel - as a great host, he explained to us the different options his company offers for Dubai City Tour. He gave us a reasonable price for 3 pax especially this was a last minute booking. He clearly offered as well a dedicated drop off point and agreed to be flexible on the different venues that the driver will take. This was the best of the best in terms of customer service . We had a very professional driver - Jitendra Saxena - who’s a Dubai history professor in terms of his knowledge of all 7 Emirates, Dubai pre independence to every district in the city. Plus the insight of the Royal lineage. We came of the tour not only in awe of the different locations of Dubai plus enhanced in its history. The car was well maintained and comfortable - it was a 7-star tour. Any seeking a proper Dubai City Tour, I’ll recommend Ayub Shaikh and Jitendra Saxena. Both deserves 10/10.
