Mørk som djævelens hjerte, vil vores hjemsøgte underjordiske netværk af hvælvinger fra 1700'erne stimulere og ophidses dine sanser, da de tidligere slumboligeres uhyrlige historie, som en gang var beboet af de fattige og uheldige sammen med kriminelle og prostituerede, begynder at komme til liv i din fantasi! Din puls begynder at fremskynde, da din mund bliver tørre på grund af din øgede bevidsthed om, hvad der omgiver dig! En gang oplevet, aldrig glemt.

Guiden vil møde gruppen og derefter efter en kort introduktion guide alle ned ad Royal Mile til indgangen til vores hvælvinger og af og til stoppe for at fortælle noget af Edinburghs historie undervejs.
Guiden vil vise gruppen vores torturudstilling og forklare hvorfor og hvordan nogle genstande blev brugt i Edinburghs mørke historie. Guiden vil derefter tage gruppen med til vores hvælvinger for at høre deres historie og om de paranormale hændelser, der siges at have fundet sted her.

Really interesting to know abouth the history of the vaults and the Edinburgh of the XVIIIth.
Festival going on today and the streets were packed. But the tour was amazing! Brendan did a great job and I’m so glad we did this tour!
James was a fantastic guide and was very enthusiastic and engaging during the tour. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Good to learn about the history of the vaults.
This haunted vault tour with the delightful Diva as our guide was absolutely fascinating. The vaults themselves and the history behind them were very interesting and Diva's sassy personality made the adventure even more fun. Highly recommend!

The tour is quite entertaining and educational about the Edinburgh vaults. Ally, the guide, made the visit very enjoyable and added humorous comments to lighten the mood regarding the topics being discussed.
A very different type of tour that is essential to complement the rest of our visit of Edinburgh. Not too long but a good look at the most sombre side of Edinburgh Our family of 3 had a wonderful time.
Brendan was very good at guiding us through the vaults. Considering how many vaults, there wasn’t much to see but Brendan’s storytelling and charisma made the tour well worth the experience.
Our guide was Lisa who was really good, she was clear in telling us the history and all about when the vaults very knowledgeable and entertaining.
Did this with my partner and son, and we enjoyed it. James, our tour guide was very humorous, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. My partner suffers with a sore ankle, and although there were stairs and steep hills at times, the length of the tour (1hour) was manageable for him.
