Always great experience at Hard Rock Cafe, well eaten
We visited this restaurant several times already but we felt the total quality is decreasing continuously. Selection of meals is lower than expected. Also staff isn’t so kind as usual; they didn’t come during dinner often to ask or offer anything else so you must look for them. I forgot Parker pen there after dinner, next day I came back to ask whether staff has found it. They said: “I am pretty sure somebody told me that it was found but I don’t know where it is; probably some manager kept it for himself.” I was socked with the answer. Unacceptable.

Gluten free options available but not fries these are cooked in a frier with non Gluten products . Baby back ribs were fabulous
Located in the heart of Old Town, this is a typical Hard Rock restaurant. Filled with rock music memorabilia, the restaurant has three floors. Since we were a large group, we sat upstairs. We chose the set menu, which included 1 drink (beer, tea/coffee, juice), a main course (pasta, burger, etc) and a dessert. Probably because of the crowd, the waitresses took a while to take the order and then to serve the food. The beer was great and the food good! Restrooms were clean. There's also a shop on the ground floor to buy tees, caps, etc.

We made a reservation and paid for the Diamond Menu, and received the Gold Menu on that day. The staff said they could not confirm the Diamond Menu we had reserved, and asked us to pay for the additional portion.
