We had a wonderful trip to the beautiful cities of Hanoi, Sapa and our wonderful cruise in Halong Bay. It was a well planned tour by Miss Anne. She was very accomodative and had a close contact and a well planned tour. She catered well to all our request from transport to food. It would be the memorable and exciting tour. Punctuality and the choice of hotel gives extra credit to this tour company. I would recommend this tour company as it was the reliable one and most of the price was affordable for the service given. Our Vietnam trip was truly unforgettable, and we owe so much of that wonderful experience to Jacky Travel and their amazing team, especially Kylie, our Hanoi Jeep Tour guide, and Chin, who accompanied us for 4 days during our Hanoi private tour and Sapa trip. This trip was especially meaningful for us because it was also our way of celebrating my husband’s birthday. From the very beginning, everything was smooth, convenient, and very well-arranged, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy every moment of our vacation. We had an amazing time during the jeep tour and all the activities. We especially enjoyed the rainbow slide, took countless photos, and created memories that we will cherish forever. Sapa was absolutely beautiful, and we were fortunate to experience great weather throughout the trip. The cold weather in Sapa made the experience even more special and enjoyable. The hotel arrangements, restaurants, and overall itinerary exceeded our expectations. The restaurants Chin brought us to were all excellent, and we appreciated how he made sure we could enjoy each place at our own pace without feeling rushed. The entire trip felt relaxed, comfortable, and thoughtfully planned. A special mention goes to Chin, who was an excellent tour guide — friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. He made our tours even more enjoyable with his kindness and attentiveness. Kylie was equally wonderful, bringing warmth, energy, and passion that made the Hanoi Jeep Tour even more memorable. We were also deeply touched by the surprise birthday cake that Jacky Travel prepared for my husband during our stay in Sapa. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the celebration even more meaningful and special for us. Another thing we truly appreciated was when the Jacky Travel team personally visited our hotel on our last day to ask about our experience. That personal effort and genuine care made us feel very valued as guests and showed how much they truly care about their clients. We are extremely satisfied with the service provided by Jacky Travel. Everything was handled professionally and with genuine care. We have already shared many wonderful stories about our trip with our friends and colleagues, and some are already planning their own Vietnam vacation because of our experience. I recently visited Hanoi, Vietnam for a business trip and had the opportunity tontake a half day city tour organized by Jacky Travels. Everything was perfectly planned from start to finish. The restaurants they selected were excellent, and exploring the city by jeep was truly a memorable experience. Visit to Ha long bay by private boat was a breathtaking experience. It was an end to end awesome experience- Highly recommended!!

We been through Hanoi > Sapa > Cat Cat Village with a little trekking > Trekking Y Ling Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van Village > Fansipan by cable car and walked through 600 steps to the top (although the day very misty, but we are enjoyable) > Free and Easy in Hanoi. (5D4N Trip, it's better to make it extra 1 - 2 days so you have more times to walk around the market. Thanks to our tour guide - Michael got always taking care of us and he is a awesome ppl during the trip. Jacky Travel also provided us small gifts and they are so thoughtful.

All were amazing and well managed, Smiley met us at our first hotel in Hanoi and went over everything, she was constantly in touch checking on our progress and assisting with anything we needed. I would recommend Jacky Travel to anyone heading to Vietnam.

Our guide was friendly, but unfortunately, they didn't speak much English. The tour operator shouldn't have paired us together, as we missed out on important details and information about food in Hanoi. We will definitely avoid this tour operator for all our future visitors.

Excellent service from the guide and Jacky tour agency. Patient and explained concisely the history and food preparation. We were completely filled before the last dish. And ended with the train street. We also engaged Jacky agency for our trip and hotel and transportation in SAPA. The guide named May in sapa was caring and knowledgeable. Patient and able to cater to seniors in our family. Hanna. Jacky. Their team members check in with us daily to ensure we are safe and any concerns addressed.
