På vores hemmelige mad tur: Hanoi, du vil smage mange lokale retter fra små pandekager, grillet svinekød, friske papaya salater med oksekød, til en stor skål med Noodle suppe. Vi vasker alt ned med en snup af vietnamesisk kaffe og forfriskende saft, du aldrig glemmer. Du vil udforske vores kulinariske verden og opleve det lokale liv, indtil du når søen beliggende i hjertet af vores hovedstad, og se nogle gamle huse, hvor du vil udvide dine horisonter. Og glem ikke vores hemmelige ret også!

Lad os præsentere os selv og få at lære lidt af Hanois historie før maden. Lige ved siden af pladsen, vil vi betale en vis til en første restaurant.
Vi træder ind i en sød gade fuld af dejlige steder og går til vores anden og tredje ret i en lokalbefolkningens yndlingssted.
Tid til nogle kølige billeder, her vil vi gå rundt og se, hvad de fleste turister normalt elsker om Hanoi.
Vi vil opdage forbindelsen mellem mad og lokal kultur, smage nogle af de mest berømte lokale retter og blive klar til mere og mere, tættere på det gamle kvarter.
Vi vil have en smag af, hvad der virkelig fik folk til at samles i dette område og skabe en 4000 år gammel by, før vi prøver flere lokale delikatesser og får at se, hvad vores Secret Dish er i Hanoi.
Lige efter vores dejlige dessert og lidt mere mad, vil vi tale en tur og vi vil afslutte denne smagfulde rejse lige midt i den fascinerende gamle bydel i Hanoi.

Alex was a great guide who took us to all local spots that I never thought existed/would not go alone. Additionally tried so many different foods, snacks and drinks that I was stuffed. Definitely coming on an empty stomach next time

Jenny was great and accommodating to our needs. We originally booked a tour for 3 of us but unfortunately two in our party were not feeling well and returned to the hotel after the first stop. Jenny understood and group turned into a private tour for two. We visited over 8 different locations and tried some incredible local dishes. I will say the details and history behind every dish was a plus. We also walked through the neighborhoods where Jenny shared the history of her neighborhood and where she was raised as we continued our journey. While all the dishes were great, I will say the egg coffee was beyond a what I expected and incredibly delicious. The dessert surprise stop was over the top. Jenny provided me with two take away desserts for the rest of my party to enjoy once I returned to my hotel. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience. 😋
