Chris our chef for the day was super nice and fun. The food was amazing and we learned a lot! They even offered a vegan version of each meal which i really appreciate. Big recommendation!

Trevor hosted us today for a cooking class. It was beautifully organised, fun and delicious. We really enjoyed the experience and look forward to booking again. Of all the cooking classes we have done in Vietnam, this was by far the best.
I recently took the Bun Cha cooking class with Rose Kitchen, and it was hands down one of the highlights of my trip to Hanoi! - The Atmosphere: The kitchen was spotless, well-organized, and set up perfectly for a hands-on experience. The vibe was incredibly welcoming and cozy. - The Instructor: Maxie was fantastic—super friendly, passionate, and speak great English. They guided us through every single step, from choosing the right cut of pork, marinating it with traditional spices, to the art of grilling over charcoal. The highlight was definitely learning the secret ratio for the perfect sweet-and-sour dipping sauce! The Food: Eating the Bun Cha we made ourselves at the end was amazing. The smoky flavor of the grilled pork combined with the fresh herbs and perfectly balanced sauce tasted just as good as (if not better than) the famous local spots. It’s more than just a cooking class; it’s a wonderful insight into Vietnamese culture. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi!
Booked a tour, weeks in advance. One day before they messaged me woth a lie rust they have multiple doffrent cooking classen and because i booked a 1 maal class they wanted me to pay extra to join snotter class. They also have the worst customer service.
We had the BEST time with Trevor, the food was amazing and we learned a lot about the food but also about Vietnam. The food really was delicious!!!
honestly, this amazing cooking class was the highlight of our Vietnam trip. Maxie, our guide, was so incredibly sweet, knowledgeable and helpful, and the dinner we had at the end was absolutely incredible. I'd give it 6 or 7 out of 5 stars if I could, and whenever we are back in Hanoi we'd absolutely book again without a doubt. The facility itself is also beautiful, and we loved having the market tour in the beginning as well! this is an amazing, authentic, and real class for anyone wanting to experience the real Hanoi, and what makes it so special. lots of love, Lara

I loved it—thank you so much, Kim! We learned how to cook pho and spring rolls, and we also learned about egg coffee. Kim gives you a lot of information, including cultural and historical background about the food you’re preparing. I’ll definitely go back to try the other activities.
