I had heard a a poor taxi service generally in Hanoi with scams and over pricing. Actually, this private service was excellent- efficient, friendly and on time. The price was paid via the booking service so no hassle over cash. Overall, a good experience.

This Hanoi car service is the best. Thet met my friend and me off separate flights early in the morning and earlier than booked because they'd checked arrival times. We booked them to take us back to the airport for an internal flight and at the end of our stay and they picked us up on return from Da Nang. For all 4 trips they were punctual, a very fair price and with good safe drivers. Thoroughly recommended.
Booked this through the Rex Hanoi Hotel. Perfect after such a long journey - 24hrs. Driver was on time and exactly where messaged said he'd be. He was very polite and helpful. The drive was very comfortable too. We felt very safe. Would definitely recommend this. We're using them again to return to airport.
