The information is very poor. Did not tell us we would not be meet in the airport. Brought us to the wrong address and left us there with out confirming we were is correct place. No one spoke English until I said I was reversing payment than all of a sudden someone spoke English. We had to find the correct location on our own tool 30-40 min and we were just lucky it was close by. They refused to return and pick us up.

Mr Lee is a really great driver and a great person. It was punctual, polite and friendly. The trip to Haneda Airport taught us about Japan while interacting with us, and the journey to our final destination was amazing.
