Hospital Cave er et miniaturehospital i hjertet af bjerget, bygget i 1963-1965 under krigen, inklusiv 3 etager og 17 separate værelser med forskellige funktioner. naturlig hule med mange drypsten i den kølige hule, hvor du kan høre lyden af små dråber vand, der strømmer ned fra drypstenene på loftet, gennem 300m lang fra siden gennem bjerget til den anden side. Klatre op ad hundredvis af stentrapper og skovstien til toppen af Ngu Lam Peak, hvor du kan se den majestætiske skønhed i urskoven på øerne (op og ned til Ngu Lam Peak på 2 timer). Vandretur ned for at se flora- og faunaprøvegalleriet i Cat Ba National Park. I skoven vil du høre bjergenes symfoni: fuglesang, lyden af insekter og kald fra dyr som mink, egern og aber.

You can easily do this walk by yourself as there’s only 1 path to follow and everyone goes the same way no matter if you’re with a guide or doing it solo.
Just a fun half day with a great fun guide. A good workout. Breathtaking views once you get the top.
Tough walk to the viewpoint for 60+, especially the last bit. Hospital cave and cave with stalactites and stalagmites were worth the visit.
Viet took us on a half day hike to Ngu Lam peak, Trung Tran Cave and hospital cave. He was so interesting and informative about the national park and history of Vietnam too. We really appreciated his insight. Taking the tour meant we could fit in the activities in our short time at Cat Ba Island.
Absolutely not happy. Booked the tour and the driver never showed up. They pretty much just up and took our money. No tour. no nothing. Extremely disappointed.
From pick up to finish it was a mazing experience, not too full on, but still a challenge. You got to experience fantastic parts of Cat Ba. Our guide and driver was lovely, kind and very informative of the nature, history, culture and religion ♡. Overall amazing experience! Thank you!

The walk was great! Our guide Phuc led our group with great enthusiasm and care. Ngu Lam Peak has very beautiful views. Cave Hospital is a very rich testimony of a Vietnamese of other times. It was worth it!
Did a half day tour and loved it. Solid guides, lovely views, decent price for everything included. Really appreciated that that picked up and dropped us off directly to our hotel.
