Very good interesting tour with a very helpful knowledgeable guide Enough time for each stop. The falls are beautiful
This is definitely a very nice tour! Martin was our guide and he did an excellent job and gave us a wealth of information. He also had a great sense of humor. The BUS! Now that is where this experience turned average. The air conditioning did not work and it was the most rickety ride! This is highly unacceptable for a tour of this price. The driver and the guests should not have to be riding around the town with such an uncomfortable ride. The bus was miserably hot and if you had motion sickness riding on that bus would have been rough. The suspension on that bus was DONE! This tour company must do better! This is highly unfortunate because my husband and I enjoyed everything else. Nobody should have to deal with a bus without working air conditioning in the summer months.
Martin was an amazing tour guide. He was knowledgeable, funny, kind, and made our excursion a great experience!
Great day and the bus ride was full of informative information about Quebec that helped us gain a good understanding of the beauty of this province.
The bus we are in is quite hot, aircondition wasn't on, (only at the driver's area) on our side. It seems we were running in circles a few times and very few English translations. The pick up point wasn't at the address they email me and no English signage anywhere in the vicinity.
The 1/2 day tour to Montmorency Falls was excellent. It was so much more than just the falls; the Isle of Orleans and the chocolate factory, the copper museum, and the basilica of St. Anne du Beaupre. Our driver Martin was superb - we had a small group and he gave a nice commentary about the history of the area and what we were seeing. At the falls he helped us know how we could enjoy the falls and the best way to visit given the time frame that we had. We had a guest on the tour who had a family emergency and had to leave early. Martin was so kind and caring he went out of his way to help the guest arrange a taxi and a convenient meeting place and time. We would definitely recommend this tour - a great way to get out in the countryside.
Francoise was an excellent guide with life-long knowledge of the history and culture the tour explored. With multiple stops, the trip gave a great look into local sites and traditions. The day was comfortable, entertaining and educational. Highly recommend.
The sights were beautiful but I felt rushed everywhere. We had to wait on line for the cable car up to the falls and barely had time for a quick look at the falls before we had to hurry back to the bus. It was difficult to hear the driver. We asked him to increase the volume but it didn’t help. I don’t have a problem with my hearing. The copper place was very interesting. St Ann’s Church was beautiful. I’m not sorry I went because of what we saw but it was not as good as my other Quebec trips.
Everything from making the reservation to changing the reservation was very easy. They were very accommodating. The bus was very clean and the seats were comfortable. We spent a good amount of time at each place and all the places were very interesting. Nothing felt rushed or dragged out. The tour guide was knowledgeable, informative and humorous! It made the entire tour very enjoyable. The price was very reasonable for the amount of time spent on the tour.
We loved this trip. The falls were really cool and cooling. I wish we had a little bit more time there. Of course I love gelato and chocolate! I was surprised how interested I was at the copper museum and we actually bought something. The church was magnificent. Our driver was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
