Private half day tour of Dubai highlights with guide in air conditioned comfortable vehicle. Tour guide, Shaazard, was knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. Tour included palaces, old Dubai markets, Jumeirah beach, Palm Jumeirah, and Dubai marina. A great way to get a good perspective of Dubai’s pure elegance.
The Tour Guide was late to arrive for pickup. He hardly spoke during Tour and when he did his English was poor and hard to understand.We thought is was a 4 hr Tour but turned out to be 3 and a half. He also asked about a tip before Tour had ended while show showing us his last client’s 100 Dirham note.He was also using his Iphone while driving most of the way.But on plus side he showed us the Old Town.

We had an amazing experience with this Dubai tour package. Everything was perfectly organized, from visa assistance and hotel bookings to airport transfers and sightseeing tours. The itinerary covered all the major attractions, including the Burj Khalifa, Desert Safari, Dubai Marina Cruise, Miracle Garden, and Abu Dhabi city tour. The accommodations were comfortable, and all transfers were punctual and hassle-free. A special thanks to the team for their excellent support and quick responses throughout the trip. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction made our vacation truly memorable. I highly recommend this tour package to anyone planning a trip to Dubai. It was a wonderful experience with great value for money, and we look forward to booking our next holiday with them!
Had a fantastic half day tour with Kahlid who was informative and answered all our questions he was attentive and polite loved this half day tour meet all our expectations
Generally good experience of the nice tourist landmarks .Only downside is that , we sent a message to the tour operator to re confirm the tour one day before the tour and there was no response. The phone number was also switched off but the guide arrived on time the next day
Overall I had a great experience. Humayun was great guide. He helped me navigate thru a puzzle when I was lost in Dubai mall while I ventured out alone. He took to me all key places which I wanted to see. I would recommend him to anyone.
Tour started on a rough note because driver was 30 minutes late, and it didn’t get better. As a private tour I had hoped for a little flexibility since I only had 2 main points of interest (which I communicated), but the visit to the old market area had no stops or explanations and then I was told the Palm View (which I paid extra for admission!) was just a drive by. I was also told the tour would end after 3 hours (booking listing said 4-5). I eventually did get the admission ticket to the Palm View then sent the driver off and made my own way back to the hotel.

Mr Zain was the most polite and helpful guide for two older ladies on holiday. We had a lovely day finding out all about Dubai and we're taken to all places of interest and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. He was really pleasant and even took photos of us to send home to our families. If we were ever back there we would request to have him as our guide.
Very kind and knowledgeable host. Nicely paced tour. We got to see the entire Dubai. Would reccommend
