Alt starter med tilstedeværelsen af guiden eller vores overførsel på hotellet om den tur, du skal tage vores private mobilitet til ranchen, der vil vi give jer hestene ifølge din oplevelse, der vil gå med os hele turen , guiden vil vise, hvordan du styrer din hest, hvordan du bruger vores sikkerhedsudstyr som hjelme, kit førstehjælp mv., er hvordan vi starter vores rejse.

Vi henter dig fra dit hotel og tager vores private transport til ranchen nær Qenko. På ranchen får vi dig til at sætte op med vores heste og møde rytterne, hvem vil være sammen med dig for hele turen. Når vi forlader ranchen, tager vi dig til ruinerne af Qenko. Herfra får du en vidunderlig udsigt over ruinerne, men hvis du gerne vil besøge dem ordentligt. Derefter skal du bruge Cusco turistbilletten (rytterne kan passe på hestene, mens du udforsker). Fra Qenko følger vi en lille grusvej langs vejen op til næste side, Puca Pucara. Navnet oversætter til "The Red Gate" og er navngivet på grund af webstedets tidligere funktion som den kontrollerede indgang til Cusco i Incan perioden. Vi fortsætter videre til Tambomachay, som var noget af et Incan "badhus" og var også et sted for tilbedelse til vand. Fra Tambomachay passerer vi gennem en eucalyptusskov på vej til vores endelige destination Sacsayhuaman, der er hvor Inkaer tilbad lys. Vi afslutter vores tur på Saqsayhuaman, så du kan tage så meget tid som du vil udforske dette spektakulære sted.

This company allowed me to book the tour, did not confirm, did not answer a SINGLE message or phone call the entire time and then it turns out THEY WERE CLOSED THE DAY I BOOKED. So I wasted my time on my vacation when I could've used another service and actually enjoyed my time. The worst experience with a tour I have ever had, zero customer service, zero response, absolutely terrible. If you want to book with these clowns, don't waste your money.
Dear Anika: Unfortunately there was a mistake in the platform set up, we didn´t receive your booking request (by mail or phone), hope you understand it was not our fault as it was a platform configuration issue. Have for sure our service standards are the best, we reply as soon as we receive a booking request and confirm every single booking as soon as we can, our picking ups are always on time and the staff is commited to excellence service. It´s not fair for the company, suppliers and the whole staff to receive this dreadful comment, specially it this is not our entirely mistake. SO MUCH FUN! You get to enjoy the horses and the beautiful countryside; you have the opportunity to canter and trot, not just walk slowly on the trail. You see interesting ruins, where you are able to get off your horse and explore on foot. The guide was very informed. A fantastic experience !!
