We booked local tours with Your Vietnam Travel (YVT) in Hanoi, Sapa and Hanoi. We opted for customized hotels and activities in these places and YVT did a great job in putting up their recommendations according to our budget. Our questions were promptly dealt with before our departure and instructions/details during the tour were shared with us so we knew exactly what to expect in each leg. The arrangement by Vietnam travel was very good and Excellent. Mr.Dylan was available to answer any questions and he communicated previous day with itenery etc. The transport arrangement was fantastic since pick from Airport and between attraction and until final send off was excellent. Drivers are friendly, gentle and safety was paramount.
