Vi henter dig fra hotellet og tager til Kakheti-regionen. Vi har vinsmagning på vej i den største vingård KTW, hvor vi smager 5 typer vine og derefter fortsætter vejen for at udforske Bodbe Kloster og Signagi-Kærlighedens by. Kun denne tur giver dig mulighed for at udforske Signagi fuldstændigt og have tid nok til at føle kærlighedens by. Dette er ikke en traditionel tur, som beder dig altid følge for at guide og lytte til ham. Nej, du har 100 % frihed i Signagi og har næsten en hel dag til at besøge små lokale vingårde, museer, bryllupshuse, nyde Zipline, spise frokost på enhver terrasse med uforlignelig udsigt, slappe af og tage fantastiske billeder, gå en masse og møde nye venner. Glem ikke at tage badetøj med dig, for her kan du finde steder, som har swimmingpools med en uforglemmelig udsigt. Slutningen af dagen kan du bo i Signagi eller på ethvert andet hotel beliggende i Kakheti og bestille en privat overførsel til din næste dag. Du kan også vende tilbage til Tbilisi samme dag.

Kakhetian Traditional Winemaking Factory (Kakhetian Traditional Winemaking" er en af de største vin- og spiritusproducerende virksomheder i Georgien og Kaukasus-regionen. Etableret i 2001, KTW producerer vin, brandy, mousserende vin og chacha med traditionelle georgiske teknikker blandet med staten kunstteknologier. Dette giver virksomheden mulighed for at bevare en gammel, unik smag af vin og skabe sin egen signaturstil for at sprede sig til verden. Vi vil have mulighed for at besøge vinfabrikken og prøve 5 typer georgisk vin og 10 års brandy Råd: •Tag din flaske vand for at drikke den mellem vinsmagning •I en vinfabrik kan der være lav temperatur, så tag dine jakker •Chkhaveri – Hvid tørvin KTWs signaturvin “Chkhaveri” daterer sig tilbage til 1880 til landsbyen Askana, hvor vinmageren Antimoz Chkhaidze grundlagde en af de mest fremtrædende vinkældre i den periode. Han brugte unikke druer i denne region og lavede en helt ny vintype. Han kaldte den: "Chkhaveri".
Klosteret St. Nino ligger i landsbyen Bodbe i Sighnaghi-regionen, Kakheti. Klosterets område er dekoreret med blomsterbede og buske, vinmarker og en helbredende kilde. Klosterets historie er tæt forbundet med kristendommens vedtagelse. Ifølge legenden havde kong Miriani efter vedtagelsen af kristendommen en drøm: fire stjerner fløj hen over Georgiens fire bjerge, og en af strålerne var i nærheden af Bobde. Nino tog dertil for at sætte et kryds på netop det sted. Hun boede meget beskedent i et telt, hvor hun døde. Hun blev begravet på det sted, hvor hendes telt var. I begyndelsen af det 4. århundrede blev der bygget et kloster på stedet for teltet. Ninos grav ligger inde i klostret, under alteret, og alteret er strengt forbudt at blive fotograferet.
Signagi er en lille smuk by i Kakhetian-regionen. For omkring 10 år siden var det den glemte kedelige by, som efter den omfattende restaurering er blevet et dejligt civiliseret turistcenter med brostensbelagte gader og hyggelige huse med knaldrøde tegltage. Byens arkitektur er lavet i stil med syditaliensk klassicisme. Der er også bygget en række hoteller og pensionater svarende til enhver smag og præferencer. Signagi er også kendt som "kærlighedens by", og årsagen er, at der er et særligt bryllupshus, hvor man til enhver tid kan blive gift uden forudgående levering af dokumenter.

I generally do not leave reviews when a tour is acceptable, only when the tour is problematic, but here we have an exception. I booked this private one on one tour not understanding I could be part of a small group instead, but this turned out perfect! Nika was a perfect companion- happy, smart, fine English and understood we should not be doing a run of the mill tour. We made unplanned stops, laughed and shared great music playlists-exactly what I wanted: a non- tour tour!! Thanks Nika- a great experience!!!

A great way to spend the day outside Tbilisi. Ample time allocated per stop. Gives you a good sense of the Georgian history and culture. Givi was an awesome guide, we had a lot of fun and he’s also nice with young kids.

We booked a private tour for our first trip to Kakheti region. It was splendid! Our guide Dima and Abel were fantastic. They made us laugh out every point and gave us full information on all the stops. They were very respectful and helpful, never had a dull moment with both of them. The wines were really tasty too. Loved it! the tour gide was super attentive and friendly, I could say that he introduced us to some hidden gems of the area: we tasted factory wines (delicious), home-made wines (even more delicious), baked our own bread, played with puppies, walked through the great wall of Georgia and even had a bonus-tasting of local drinks. I recommend! 11/10
