Hagpati og Sanahini klostre er tæt forbundet og er 40 minutter væk fra hinanden. Legenden siger, at begge klostre blev bygget af far og søn murere, Sanahin blev bygget tidligere af sin far. Navnet siger det hele: Sanahin betyder bogstaveligt talt "han er ældre end andre". Vi vil også lære det traditionelle armenske køkken at kende, hvor vi bliver værter hos en traditionel armensk familie.

This guided tour to Hagpat, Sanahin and Akhtala was a fantastic way to explore Armenia! Our guide was absolutely wonderful—super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of each spot, and went out of their way to assist us with everything we needed. The itinerary was well-organized with great pacing, and I’m very pleased with the entire tour experience.

We will not recommend this trip. We just did not get lucky. The vehicle was old. We never got offered any lunch. They advertise it: "We will also get to know traditional Armenian cuisine, where we will be hosted by a traditional Armenian family"
