Regrettably we were told after the tour had finished our guide had got sick and he/she was replaced by a driver with little communication skills and little knowledge of the many cultural sights we passed. When booking a tour in my view the very least you need/expect is someone who has a working knowledge of the area and insights into its history. We were very badly let down and frankly it was just a taxi ride for most of the time. No doubt we were unfortunate but I think it would have been more honest to inform us before the tour had started so we could have made a decision whether to proceed.
We had overall nice 9 hours car tour of Mumbai city where we have covered 7-8 places though the only challenge is traffic as you won't be able to cover all places in mentioned time. Our cab and guide was very nice and we also get to taste the amazing local food as part of this service which was amazing.

The tour was highly customisable and flexible, perfect for a couple who do not want to see too much of one thing but want to focus on areas they like, especially since the monsoon season can make thing challenging. Our guide Virushali, was fun and knowledgable and also a cat lover, just like us! She was patient and explain things well. Great tour.
