Long drive to location but worth the wait if it’s your first time experiencing a thermal bath. Marco recommended to leave early so less crowd-I’m glad we did. We were able to enjoy it without many people.
Disappointing experience, advertised as a day tour but in fact the experience at the free baths started only after 4.30pm, too late and returned back to Florence at 9.45pm, just too late. Should be advertised as a taxi service to thermal baths in a sub-standard vehicle. The vehicle used was old, NO suspension, 2 back seats were suitable for kids only, no leg room, no fresh air. Every bump is felt on road. Every passenger on our drive to baths complained and made it quite clear to Marco we were ripped off. Do not have a positive word to say about this experience.

The minivan used for the tour is new, only two years old, so it doesn't match your description. The experience time is clearly specified in the description when booking: arrival at the spa is in the afternoon, and return is scheduled for around 9:15 PM. That day, the return was slightly later only because your group arrived 15 minutes late at the meeting point. We'd like to emphasize that those who accompanied you worked for over seven hours to offer you the experience, and we believe it's important to carefully read the terms and conditions to avoid misunderstandings and false expectations. We're always available to answer any questions before booking, and we work every day to ensure our guests receive the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Marco was an excellent guide. Nothing was too much trouble. The thermal pools were great. Would truly recommend this unique tour!

We spent a fun afternoon with Marco driving through the countryside and stopping for a few photos. He shared lots of info on the area and got us safely back to our hotel. The thermal baths do not look the same as they do on instagram. As long as you have realistic expectations, they are quite relaxing and beautiful.

This is a 10/10 experience - Marco was Awesome - very insightful. I went solo then met an amazing co-rider which made a whole lot of difference. I Will definitely do it again. If you visit Florence make sure you book this trip.

Marco was great! Met us and drove us to Saturnia. Told us interesting facts about Tuscany along the way. Saturnia is beautiful, but be aware that the water is not super hot. It is warmer the closer you get to the waterfall. Also bring water shoes! Overall great experience.

As a solo female traveller really wanting to go here and didn’t want to hire a car and drive myself, Marco put me at ease and was an excellent guide. I was on my own so it felt like a private chauffeur! The water was warm and off season so not so busy. Well worthwhile trip 😍

Wow! This is an amazing place to visit. Once you are there, you will not want to come back. It’s a very relaxing place to go to. Our tour guide Marco was amazing, from the music he placed throughout the whole ride and the stops he made for us to take pictures from panoramic views. I highly recommend to have this company take you to this amazing place. You will remember it forever. Juan C Garcia

The whole day was fantastic. I loved that there was only 3 of us on the tour as it felt more like a private tour. Marco was absolutely amazing, very safe driver, knowledgable and enjoyed a joke and laugh. I would highly recommended this tour to everyone 💯🙌
