Vælg mellem et 60-minutters bad for £25 eller 30 minutter for £15. Lydbade kan bestilles af enkeltpersoner eller grupper og kan nydes af alle, uden at det er nødvendigt at blive våd! Beliggende i hjertet af spakvarteret i det historiske, georgiske bad, tilbyder Soul Spa et tilbagetog fra verden for en vidunderlig oplevelse af dyb ro og afslapning i en af byens ældste bygninger. Dit lydbad kan suppleres med en behandling hos en af vores skønne behandlere, og bookinger til par eller grupper kan skræddersyes, så de passer til dine behov.

Wonderful wonderful experience at a very reasonable cost. The space itself is calm&wondrous & I was made to feel exceptionally welcome & cared for. I would recommend this foe anybody who needs calm kind reflective time.
This was a new experience for me and I was open minded in giving it a go. It was very therapeutic and relaxing. The hour session I had it did release tension in my neck and back. The guided meditation did send .me into a light sleep with steady breathing. The atmosphere was tranquil and the chair comfortable. The eye mask helps as you focus more with your hearing on the guided meditation and acoustic tones of the bowls. Enjoyed first time.
Fell asleep within 10 mins so tranquil and restful would recommend after a busy shopping day to unwind

This was my first experience of a sound bath. Honestly, I thought 30 minutes would be long enough but now I understand why you do 60 minute ones! I bought this experience for myself after working hard for the past few months and I'm more than happy I did. Thank you for a lovely introduction to sound baths, and like I said at reception afterwards, I'll see if I can encourage some colleagues along!

Excellent half hour session, felt really relaxed by the end. The sound from the crystal bowls was extraordinary and the guided relaxation at the beginning was just enough to set the scene.

My brother went last year and got me and my husband vouchers for Christmas last year. I didnt know what to expect to be honest having never done anything like this before but it was amazing. Incredibly relaxing. Well worth the money.

We went to a 30minute sound bath session. It was led by Grace who was very welcoming and made us feel so relaxed. It was such a calming experience to lay there snuggled with a blanket whilst listening to the wonderful sounds. We wished we had booked an hour session. Ten out of ten. Would recommend it.
