Guidet E Bike City Tour i Punta Cana

If the pick up was easier and smoother things would have been easier but once we got going everything was smooth and well prepared

Our guided e-bike city tour in Punta Cana was a **10/10 experience!** Everyone in our group was riding an e-bike for the first time, and the guides were incredibly patient, helpful, and attentive. You could immediately tell that **safety was their top priority**, which made the experience so much more enjoyable. Katty was absolutely amazing! She was so caring about our safety and genuinely great to talk to. She felt like someone I had known for years. There were two kids in our group, and Katty especially looked out for the little boy as if he were her own. Whenever we stopped at the local spots, she held his hand and made sure he stayed close to her. That level of care really stood out to me. The guides were also extremely helpful after we stopped to shop, even assisting us with our bags. **Fair warning: the vendors can be overwhelming!** If you’re visiting Punta Cana and considering this excursion, **DO IT!** The guides, the safety, the scenery, and the overall experience were all fantastic. We did this tour early July. Leading up to the tour, we received updates and responses. Please be sure to check how and where you’ll be picked up. Katy was our guide. She provided a quick tutorial which seemed to be sufficient for the tour. She was very friendly and brought us to different places in the city. The streets of Punta Cana are a bit sketchy as drivers will drive around you if they feel you’re blocking their way. This isn’t so bad if you’re a local, but can be a bit intimidating to someone on a bike trying to navigate the streets. This is also concerning when you have a passenger on the bike as well. At the end of tour, we were told we would receive a copy of the photos and videos taken during the tour. All communication was cut off at that point. And no responses were provided when I reached out. To date, we haven’t received any responses or copies of photos or videos. This is a tour if you want to see places outside your resort and to do some exploring.

I had the most amazing experience! Katie was fun, attentive, safe, knowledgeable, and caring. The stops were great and the empanada snack was a treat. The best empanadas! I did not feel comfortable driving on my own so Katie drove me and I felt comfortable and safe. She took pictures and videos and sent them to us so we could just enjoy the experience. Thank you Katie for making my birthday special!

It was amazing! She was very helpful and and caring about our experience, and truly showed us what punta Cana was about! I highly recommend booking with her!

Truly an amazing tour. A lot better then expected, highly recommended if your coming to DR. A very good local inexpensive tour. Katty us an amazing tour guide. We got some amazing pictures too. Considering how expensive everything is for tourists this was cheap in comparison. Next time I come I'm totally doing this again!

This was the first time my husband and my son going to Punta Cana. Katie was a great tour guide for the e bikes she took the time to get my son AJ comfortable riding before we began. The chicken empanadas were great! Overall I would book this excursion again had a great time!!

The tour guide was absolutely amazing. It was very nice being able to see the downtown area. The empanadas we had were literally THE BEST. Definitely would book again when I come back.
