Thank you Alejandro!!!! This is one of those times that the weather worked against us in every way. There was a weather “phenomenon” (this is what the locals called it) while we were at this point in our trip. Our guide did his very best to help us see the animals of the park, understand Costa Rican wildlife, and enjoy the pouring rain. He was attentive in every way and apologized many times. There was no need. We enjoyed the park, saw some great iguanas, and immersed ourselves in the rainy season!
We chose to visit Costa Rica in the Rainy season and our guide was so apologetic that it was pouring down rain. We had an amazing time even in challenging weather. We saw so many frogs, a few toads, iguanas, snails, a white bat, and the flora/fauna were beautiful. We couldn’t use the scope but had all of our animal and plant questions answered with friendly and knowledgeable answers. Others walked around without a guide but this one, r
Ronald’s hike through Carara National Park was fun, gorgeous, and memorable! During the hike we encountered lots of wildlife including monkeys, ghost bats, and many others. The best part is that Ronald handled all the photos, allowing us to put our phones away and immerse ourselves fully into the experience. Ten out of ten.
Very interesting tour, very experienced guide!
Thank you Ronald for exploring Carara National park with our family. It was great to use your spotting scope. Your photos are fabulous too.
This tour with Angie was an absolute highlight of our time here in Jaco. She speaks English and is extremely knowledgeable & passionate about the park and this area. Angie found Toucans & Macaws & shared photos from her scope, and taught us some history behind National Parks here in CR & factual trivia on plant-trees-birds- bugs. Highly recommend! She’s friendly & funny & eager to share her world with you.
Excellent! Lots of animals found! Monkeys, sloths, lizards etc. Great with my little kids. Very nice guy. Had a great time and learned a lot.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re glad you and your family enjoyed the tour and had a great experience spotting wildlife with us. Hubvacations Team
