It's a great trip to lean about the local culture, our guide Teo is awesome, the houseback riding is a plus, we all had fund and enjoyed the trip.
This excursion gives you the opportunity to see parts of the Dominican Republic that you would not see otherwise. We traveled as a family with two young children and it was great for them – each stop was the perfect amount of time to see and do but also keep their attention. Our driver, Teo, and our guide, Robinson, were kind, engaging and knowledgeable. Teo was a great driver as well. This is our fourth time in the Dominican Republic, but we believe we got to see parts we have not experienced before. It was an incredible value for the price we paid.
Our cultural tour in the Dominican Republic was the perfect way to kick off our vacation, and our tour guide, Teo, made the experience unforgettable. From the moment we met him, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming. He did an excellent job explaining the history, culture, and local traditions in both English and Spanish, ensuring everyone in our group felt included and engaged. What stood out most was how safe and comfortable he made us feel throughout the entire tour. He was attentive, organized, and genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great experience. His positive energy and passion for sharing his country were contagious. We enjoyed our experience with Teo so much that we reached out to him again later in our trip and invited him to take us to a celebration dinner. That’s how much trust and confidence he inspired in us. If I return to the Dominican Republic, I will absolutely request Teo again. He was phenomenal from beginning to end and played a huge part in making our trip so memorable. Highly recommended!
The tour was very interesting and Teo was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The coco and coffee beans portion of the tour was ver informative. Oh and the food was really good
A wonderful experience of the diversity of Dominican culture! Franklin, our guide, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Sandi our driver was kind and professional. We enjoyed getting to do a variety of activities in a day. It does say half day, but we were gone 7-4, so just something to be aware of as you’re planning your day. Would recommend this tour!
Really fun experience/excursion. Robinson was a great tour guide and Gerbacio was great driver. Very friendly people. Gave us drinks and food! We'll be back again next time

The tour was a great way of experiencing the culture of the Dominican Republic! Our guide, Robinson, was highly professional and spoke in three different languages! Our driver Sandi ensured we reached our destinations safely. The day was jam packed with activities, but it did not feel rushed. 10/10 experience, would recommend it to travelers visiting Punta Cana.
It began a little late and stops were needed for tire air which felt uncertain about how things would go but I couldnt help but smile as it felt like a ride with a family member. We did the horse riding the basilica, gift store market fruit market and mountainous ride and home-style buffet lunch (sooo tastey) Next was the cultural home along with demonstrations of coffee and cocoa making process and cigar making workshop. The last stop was a beautiful beach. Samples and information was giving throughout the entire trip. I had a great time with memories photos and education to last me a lifetime. During the car rides we had some karaoke to classics and moments of quiet to take it all it. The entire trip was comfortable fun informative. I experienced the true country village and city Punta cana life. It was relaxed and slow. People are friendly and helpful to each other Some things to note, its important to bring change (usd or drpesso) for tips and to purchases goodies. The prices and quality was amazing and worth it 100%. Support local hustlers and the real people.
