Grand Tour Quad-udflugt i Moorea (enkelt- eller topersoners)

Excellent tour with a great guide, Marco. My daughter and I had a great time on the quads. Marco was very knowledgable and told plenty of good stories. The only down side was no fault of the tour operator but it rained during the ascent to Belvedere lookout and my kid was pretty cold and wet. I’d advise bringing your own waterproof jacket on the trip. They have ponchos to lend out but they were not great. My quad had a minor mechanical issue that caused it to come out of gear during steep ascents. I was able to fix it each time with a love tap, but it was a bit annoying as the vehicle stopped moving each time. Luckily this only happened mostly towards the end of the trip. Overall I recommend this trip!

Excellent tour with Ray! He was so knowledgeable about history and enjoyed the whole tour. People that was part of our group wanted to stop at the museum which was ok, I think if we didn't we would have been able to see the black beach sand and light house by the time we got there at end of the tour it was too dark to see anything. But Ray was still great and still explained the history of it all.

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Moorea! Our guide was fantastic, and the scenery was incredible from start to finish. Riding to the top of Magic Mountain and looking out over the turquoise lagoons surrounded by lush green mountains is a view we'll never forget. This is a real ATV adventure, not a slow amusement park ride, so I recommend having some riding experience or choosing to ride as a passenger if you're new. The trails are exciting, and you'll experience parts of the island you simply can't see by car or on foot. If you enjoy adventure, don't miss this excursion. You won't regret it.

We booked this tour for our cruise ship stop in Moorea in early June 2026. The pickup at the tender dock worked very well. My family and I had never ridden or driven ATVs before this. My wife and daughter were on one ATV and I was on the other ATV. Matta was our guide and photographer. I don't know how he was able to do both so well, but he was great. We wanted to get outdoors and enjoy another side of French Polynesia besides a water activity. We received a safety briefing and ATV operation instructions. We rode on roads and dirt trails through forests and up to the Belvedere Lookout and then to Magic Mountain. The ATVs were a great way to see the area and to enjoy the lovely mountain views. Along the way, we saw pineapple fields and other flora. We stopped at a creek where Matta showed us large eels. He held several of them so that we could pet them. We also stopped at a place for snacks and refreshments with the opportunity for some souvenir shopping. Matta watched over us with a lot of care to ensure we were safe and enjoying ourselves. His photographs of us were great.

Glad I chose this vendor for this tour. They picked us up at the Sofitel right on time! There were 4 other pairs riding with our group. Our first time on quads but easy to drive. Ride through the farmland up the mountain provided mixed terrain. It was an exciting experience! On the way up we stopped at a river to see huge eels. Next stop was a scenic view of the pointed (tallest?) mountain. Water was provided. Then onto a pineapple farm. Then to a diner for lunch which was very good. bring cash for the smoothie afterwards! Then our guide took us up to magic mountain with its spectacular views! Short drive back to home base, and we were then dropped off at the Sofitel. Highly recommend this experience!
