Grand Pearl Dinner Cruise oplevelse i Bangkok med afhentning

Worst day, nobody comes. We were stranded for 2 hours waiting . Tour operators told me later it’s tragic so we cannot proceed

We have traveled with the Grand Pearl before and were looking forward to another nice trip. However, the ship is so rocked down. The risk of injury also exists the food was in no way like the last time, but has caused three days of diarrhea.

Great views of lit up buildings. Live music made it a lot of fun. Thai dancing was very enjoyable. It is suggested that the organizers increase vegetarian options in food.

We had avery good time on our cruise. The food was pretty good, the entertainment was fine. But is is the view up and down the river that is the key of the experience. The only reason it is not a 5 star experience is the poor organization on thr dock, and the lack of signs to show which group is being boarded at the time.

Enjoyed the music and ambiance, food was very good crew was very respectful and courteous, enjoyed the moment

We felt we were over charged for the cruise as it was not worth the price we paid for. USD330 for 2 adults and a child 5(yo). With transfers to and from hotel.

I booked a cruise for August/23, on May/23, on the "Wonderful Pearl", Last week on 25/07/23, I was informed that the ship is under maintenance, it seems that they knew it almost at the same time that I made the reservation!!! (but they didn't tell me). Their solution was that we could change the date (impossible because we are on a tour), or that they could offer us a change to the cheaper "Grand Pearl Cruise", and that the difference in money is left for us to spend on drinks (?). As an option they offered me my money back through a wire transfer. Money I haven't seen yet. Their answer is that transfers takes some time. Very bad service, as well as poor management of the reservations.

Very good service and good quality buffer onboard with entertaining singer during cruise. Enjoy my trip with my wife for our 31st anniversary.

The pros: Our tour guide was on time, very professional, and polite. The boat ride was another great way to see Bangkok. The food was good also. The cons: It was very unorganized how we loaded the boat because two groups were waiting on two different boats “Wonderful Pearl” and the “Grand Pearl.” We were all waiting in one big group, so when it was time to load the “Wonderful Pearl” everyone herded towards the ramp ( most us unaware that there were two different boats). It would have been great if they would have had us stand in two separate groups. This way one group could start loading their boat while the other group stand off to the side. In addition this was not much of a romantic tour with children running around. All in all, this was a great experience! We had 4 other tours, so we ranked this tour at #4.
