Our guide Ken, (not from Ken's tours though 😊) was awesome. He brought us to bonus stops that were so amazing to miss! Thanks Ken for a great tour! Until the next one! Cheers!
This 3 day tour was absolutely amazing. Well planned tour with stops every 2 to 2.5 hours for restroom breaks or to stretch your legs between tour destinations. Water, soft drinks and snacks provided throughout the tour. Our tour guide Momo was wonderful, knowledgeable and had a real passion for her job. Highly recommend this tour with Max Tours and Momo as a tour guide.
The 3-day Zion, Bryce, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and Grand Canyon Tour was a beautiful experience. Jim, our tour guide/driver, was funny and informative. We had a great time!
The 3-day canyon tour was perfect for our 3-generation family getaway! Each stop provided activities and hikes for a variety of physical abilities. The itinerary was extremely well organized and flawlessly executed by our guide, Jim. He imparted interesting facts and history about the canyons. He was very personable and cheerfully provided for our every need. All 6 of us enjoyed the tour and highly recommend it! A++ Experience!
This trip was amazing! They handled everything! From the time we booked with them right up to the trip, they told us everything we needed to know about the trip! Momo was our guide and she was passionate about everything the desert has to offer. She went the extra mile in taking care of our group. Made sure we had everything we needed. Bryce and Antelope Canyon were just breathtaking. Max Tours covered every detail, I wish they did tours in other areas. Touring in a 14 - person van was much more comfortable for tall people too. DEFINITELY would recommend them and our guide Momo.
Visiting the National Parks has been on my bucket list for a long time - -but I was apprehensive about traveling aline after my husband passed away a few years back. I did a bunch of research and discovered Max tours. I took a deep of faith because they had so many 5 star reviews and also offered single rooms.. I was so lucky to have Ken as our guide. He was so above and beyond! He treated every guest with kindness and he is so passionate about our National Parks He was polite and informative and every single person on the tour adored him. He took us to a Mexican restaurant one evening and it was just about the best food I've ever had. Every day he tried to add additional bonus stops which was really special . If I could give him a 25 star rating, I would. We were a group of 13 and all l of the other guests made me feel so welcome. I never felt like I was all by myself. I highly recommend Max tours and I more highly recommend Ken as a guide. What a memorable journey.

This 3 day tour was fantastic and everything I hoped it would be. Our tour guide Momo was absolutely wonderful. Momo was very knowledgeable, very helpful, kept the whole tour running smoothly. Highly recommend Max Tours and Momo.
The main issue was we were notified by Max Tour that the night before, it was not possible to bring our suitcase with wheels, to the 3 days tour. It was a big deal, causing too much stress, confusion, disappointment, frustration, unhappiness. I suggest that you should to inform to us, in advance, because if I would know, I would not to hire your agency with this discomfort. Also, It was a miss information between our Travel agency Civitatis and Max tour regarding the excursion including in the price. I was hoping to relax in my vacation instead of stress, except for our tour guide Ken which always was kind and polite. Ken, thanks for everything.
