Det blev grundlagt i 1953 af borgmesteren i Granby på det tidspunkt, Pierre-Horace Boivin. Der er i øjeblikket mere end 1.800 forskellige dyr grupperet i mere end 200 arter. Zoo har 516.000 besøgende om året og rummer dyr fra Afrika, Asien og Sydamerika. Ved siden af zoo ligger Amazoo vandland. Zoo har også en forlystelsespark kaldet "Parc Johnny Test Collection", som er opkaldt efter Johnny Test animerede tv-serie.

The tour was not only fun but also very relaxing I did a few tours before and this one was truly the most relaxing and well deserved one than you guys
Today’s trip to Granby Zoo was really fun, the tour guide was very funny and did a good job. Although we got in the zoo a bit late, the guide did his best very nice person would recommend for sure
We met the bus at 7:15 am in the morning. Jerry, our guide, texted the details the day before and answered any questions that we had. We went on a comfortable air conditioned bus with overhead storage. Jerry greeted everyone and assigned seats. We first went to Rougement Farms, rode a tractor, and picked berries. Be prepared to bring cash to enter the farm. You will also need to pay money to buy baskets for picking the berries. Jerry did send us the details about the farm the day before. There are also bathrooms and a great play area for the children at the farm entrance. When we arrived at the zoo, Jerry got our tickets so we avoided standing in line and we were dropped off at the entrance. Jerry let us know the pickup time (5 o’clock). The zoo was fantastic. Camel rides, animals from all over the world, a water park, great food options, and so much more. It was busy with a lot of people but we still managed to find places to sit. We didn’t get a chance to see the amusement park. There is too much to see in such a short amount of time. Jerry met us at the entrance at the end of the day and had a great chat with our family about our day. He was very nice to our kids and touched base with everyone! We had a great time and I would certainly take a tour with Jerry again!
The Granby Zoo was very fun and I definitely had a good day today. Our tour leader Jerry was professional and responsible. I liked the experience very much.
Jerry did an amazing job today. He was stunning and fascinating. I loved the blueberries that we went to pick and the gorilla statue that he recommended. It was a very nice trip and I enjoyed it a lot. Shoutout Jerry
Had an excellent day with family and a nice arrangement by wondertravel. This was our second trip with wondertravel and was not disappointed.
I like it had good time Like to go again but instead of living at 5pm it will be better at 6pm The tour leather "jerry" was very amazing
Jerry is the best fun kind tourist guide was really a pleasure to have him guiding us today impecable job! He was worry for all of us all the time making sure we all were enjoying the time there and giving the right and precis information all the time

We went fruit picking in the morning and zoo Granby in the afternoon. Anna, our tour guide, explains well the rules and instructions of the tour. She answered all our questions and provided a good ambience for the day. Will recommend Wonder Travel to everyone!
