Hej mine champagne-elskere! Velkommen til min verden, Saras verden, en sprudlende pige fra Reims. Med mig vil du opleve en unik dag rig på opdagelse og deling: besøg og smagsprøver hos to exceptionelle vinproducenter, der åbner dørene til deres hjem for dig, ofte fortrolige steder, nogle atypiske, og som fortæller dig deres historie og historien om deres terroir. Mindeværdige smagsprøver, nogle gange blinde. Forkæl din gane med at genoptage forbindelsen til regionens rige gastronomiske traditioner under gourmetfrokoster. En getaway, der inviterer dig til at fejre regionens essens, og hvilken glæde det er for mig at dele dette øjeblik med dig! De små ekstra ting: afslutning af denne magiske dag med et glas specialchampagne, hjemmelavet wienerbrød lavet med lyserøde Reims-kiks, en lille overraskelsesgave og afgang med sprudlende minder i hovedet og bobler i hjertet! Glæde ved at leve!

The tour was incredible. Sara is the perfect host having lived her whole life in Reims. Even though we booked only a week in advance she made sure that we got an amazing experience. Sara has partnered with over 30 small producers which turns every tour into a unique / exclusive experience. If you want an authentic curated experience this is it. We’ll definitely be back to check the views on a different season. PS: she even did a surprise for us in the end.

It was our first time in the Champagne region and what a great experience! Sara to take us to two independent and high quality vineyards, as well as a gourmet lunch in a small restaurant in the village. We learned a lot about the processes of making champagne and how to taste it like connoisseurs. It was a must, of course. I recommend you take a ride with Sara no doubt.

An excellent day in the company of the Petite Rémoise! In her very comfortable Van Mercedes, Sara made us discover the small roads of the vineyard around Reims and Epernay, under a beautiful October sun! The magnificent hues that the vine takes after the harvest - from scarlet red to deep green to orange and yellow - have amazed us! Then, make way for a nice tasting at a wine harvester-handler, with all the necessary explanations, from the cultivation of the vine to the work in the cellar, and finally, disgorgement session on the fly in full galips! The champagne was embellished with a delicious platter of cheeses and charcuterie from the village! It was really successful! The morning ended in a good restaurant selected by Sara. Then, on the way back to Reims, always by pretty little roads, we open the trunk of the Van and here is a good bottle to enjoy with some pastries with the famous pink biscuit of Reims! The afternoon is well underway when La Pétillante Rémoise takes us home. With her smooth and careful driving, original routes and good addresses, Sara delighted our group - there were 6 of us in the Van Mercedes. We took advantage of a favorable weather, and everything came together for a superb Champagne experience! Thanks to Sara, we'll be back!

An incredible getaway in the heart of Champagne! Sara is as sparkling (or even more sparkling) as the champagnes we have been able to taste! Lovely tour in Champagne with Sara and her Van! Very comfortable and nice places to visit. Baron Dauvergne is run by very friendly people. Nice lunch and very fun tours and tasting! Great Experience!
