My wife and I had an amazing guided tour of Ba Na Hills today. Andy our guide was excellent. Educated us on Vietnamese history and Ba Na Hills development. He picked us up at 7.00AM from our hotel in Hoi An. He helped my wife who had walking issues and then treated us to delicious traditional Vietnamese cuisine for lunch. Best thing to do is arrive early because we avoided many of the guided tours that arrived about 9.30am and there were massive queues.
We had such a wonderful time with Andy during the Hoi An tour that we booked the Golden Bridge/ marble Mountain tour with him directly. He is a wealth of information about both areas. Our trip to Vietnam would not have been complete without his guidance.
Despite the rainy weather, we had a fabulous tour! Danny was a great guide who took good care of us and spoke excellent English, would definitely recommend

We had an amazing day exploring Ba Na Hills and the Coconut Boat Village, and our tour guide Stella made the experience truly unforgettable! From the start, Stella was friendly, organized, and full of energy. She shared so much interesting information about the history, culture, and local life, and made sure we where comfortable and having fun. Ba Na Hills was breathtaking — the Golden Bridge and mountain views were absolutely stunning! Later, the Coconut Boat ride was such a unique and relaxing experience — we laughed, danced, and enjoyed every moment on the water. Stella went above and beyond to make the day smooth and enjoyable, taking great photos for us and even sharing local tips and food recommendations. We recently visited the Golden Bridge in Da Nang, and it was truly breathtaking! The views from the bridge were stunning, with lush greenery and majestic mountains serving as the perfect backdrop. What made it even more special were the beautiful flowers surrounding the area, adding vibrant colors to the already picturesque scene. Our tour guide, Coco, was amazing! Knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic, Coco made sure we had a fantastic time exploring the bridge and its surroundings. With her expert guidance, we got to learn more about the history and significance of the Golden Bridge, making the experience even more memorable. If you're planning a trip to Da Nang, the Golden Bridge is a must-visit! Don't miss the opportunity to take in the breathtaking views and capture some Instagram-worthy moments. And if you can, try to get Coco as your tour guide – you won't regret it! 😊
From start to finish Andy was excellent to deal with, he even called me to chat about the tour, everything was clear and easy to book and pay for, our guide Vy was excellent, friendly, informative and fun…Communication was excellent with WhatsApp so we knew exactly what time we were to be picked up, we got to the Ba Na Hills nice and early and in a nice air conditioned car (as advertised) and got some great pics of the golden Bridge before the crowds arrived, Vy took us around everything we needed to see and explained lots of local things which was very interesting and was a fantastic photo taker… it was my friends birthday and after our delicious lunch on the way back into Hoi An they bought a lovely birthday cake out for her which was very thoughtful and special… Can’t recommend Andy, this tour or our guide Vy more highly, 100% recommend this tour for anyone wanting to visit the Ba Na Hills.
Andy could not have been more accommodating and wonderful to our family. We were up and ready to depart this morning but the typhoon brought torrential rain to Hoi An and its surrounds. Andy contacted me immediately and we discussed the safely issues and made the decision to cancel. He personally delivered the refund to our accommodation. We cannot wait to come back and re-book with Andy in the very near future!
