Som vores gæst vil du blive varmt velkommen af fantastiske og venlige guider, før du padler over den smukke Broadwater til en skjult ø kun få minutter fra byen. Undervejs deler vi historier om det marine liv, det lokale område, og hvad der gør denne flodbredde så unik. Denne oplevelse er perfekt for naturelskere og førstegangsfolk, med chancen for at spotte delfiner, stingrays og en række havfugle. Afhængigt af betingelserne kan det være fysisk aktivt, så kom med en ånd af eventyr! På Wave Break Island kan du nyde en kort bushwalk og en guidet snorkling over et klippefyldt reef fyldt med subtropiske fisk. Derefter slappe af med en picnic af velsmagende, lokalt købte snacks, en gæstefavorit og en sjælden fornøjelse på ture som denne. Was a great day on the water with Nelson, highly recommend.
Nelson is a great guide. He is very knowledgeable. Snorkeling was fun but don’t expect crystal clear water. Even with wetsuit it was chilly in mid June. Nelson pointed out interesting animals like soldier crabs and facts about tides and local expensive efforts to protect expensive houses.
Amazing experience! The kayaking tour was fun, relaxing, and offered beautiful views of the Gold Coast waterways. The highlight of the trip was our guide, Nelson. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel safe and comfortable throughout the tour. His enthusiasm and sense of humor made the experience even more enjoyable. Good for someone looking to outdoor activities. Jane was a really good guide. They take you out to an island about 25-30mins away by kayak where you walk for 15mins to reach a beach where you can snorkel and swim and they give out small snacks. Then all the way back again. Requires a moderate fitness to complete the Activity.

No kayak or snorkelling experience needed, but can take own snorkel gear if desired. 1.2km easy kayak in double hull. Protected snorkel area, but be careful not to go too close to shark rocks. Lots of fish but would be better nearer high tide as viz was not good. Did see Sea eagles and osprey.
